Real Camera Shake Pro
“Real Camera Shake Pro” allows you to easily add real 3d camera shake to a camera in After Effects.
“Real Camera Shake” is a preset unlike your traditional camera shake because it uses real world physics rather than a wiggle simulation in After Effects. Use this preset to add shake to your still shots.

Very helpful that it uses effect-based transforming, layer position properties can be saved for offset.
Now you just need to make a 3D version!

all those presets are awesome , this looks so much more realistic than this ‘AE -wiggle’ stuff.
and it’s such a huge step for digital ‘camera shake development’ ,
the biggest pro is that it’s way easier to use than every other ‘camera – shake’ preset i know.
and it’s for free , thats a big advantage for all low – budget filmmakers. (:

To clarify, is this shake plate data you got or a baked simulation?
It says in your installation PDF that it is compatible with CS3 and above. I installed it in my copy of After Effects CS3, but I get the following error: this file was created with a newer version of after effects — time to upgrade your application!

. We planned on making it work with CS3 but unfortunatley CS3 wouldn’t install on my computer because it requires an older version of the Mac OSX. Changing installation instructions to say CS4 and above.
Andrew Studer yeah but when i begin to use the preset on my footage a window appears saying I should upgrade my software. haha.. i'll just wait for VFXbro to reply. Hopefully he has a solution.
