I take that back, it is showing up in the Effects & Presets panel under Animation Presets but I still have the Missing: Controller in the Effects Control panel and when I double click on it in the E&P Panel I get "contains 1 reference to a missing effect. Please install the following effect to restore this reference. ("Controller")
